Transition Plate Coating

DESCRIPTION

Lubricast APF 50 is a dispersion of quality grade micro-graphite in a combination of organic solvents and special resins. This product has been specifically formulated to perform as the casting industry’s Premier Transition Plate Coating.

DILUTION

Lubricast APF 50 is typically applied as is and requires no dilution.

NOTE

MIX UNIFORMLY PRIOR TO USE.
Does not contain xylene.

PRECAUTION

Normal Precautions should be used in storing and handling flammable materials of this type. Keep away from flame and avoid evaporation by maintaining a tight seal when not in use.

LC 500T

Lubricast 500T contains oxides, clays, and other unique ingredients formulated to uniformly wet hot mold surfaces.

LC 520 HD

LUBRICAST 520 HD is applied when insulation is required in order to prevent thin-casting sections from solidifying too quickly.

LC 600

Lubricast 600 has been found to perform exceptionally well as a refractory mold wash when a smooth finish is required.
